The Keelung coast guard was called out at 8:00 yesterday morning as there was a report of a corpse in the water near Peace Island Park (和平島公園), NOW News reported. The coast guard found the alleged corpse about 300 meters from shore.
The coast guard was relieved that it wasn’t a corpse, but they didn’t find the humor in pulling an inflatable sex doll from the water. The blowup doll was brought back to shore for proper disposal. Officials said that inflatable sex dolls in the waterways could become tangled in boat propellers, causing further problems for the coast guard.
This isn’t the first time an inflatable sex doll has been mistaken for a corpse in Taiwan.
